1. Services Provided: Frontline Cleaners Express offers regular cleaning services based on the agreed schedule, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.

2. Service Agreement: A detailed service agreement will be provided outlining the specific services, frequency, pricing, and any special requests.

3. Payment Terms: Payment is due on a monthly basis, and invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation Policy: Regular cleaning services can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Liability: Frontline Cleaners Express is fully insured and takes all precautions to prevent damage. However, we are not responsible for damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

6. Access and Security: Customers must provide access to the property at the agreed times. Any access codes or keys provided will be securely managed.

7. Customer Responsibilities: Customers should ensure that the cleaning area is accessible and free of unnecessary obstacles. Valuable and fragile items should be secured.

8. Quality Assurance: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice. Any pre-paid services beyond the termination date will be refunded.

10. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended with prior notice. Changes will be communicated to customers in writing.
